- Translink launches new Toowoomba’s Bus Network
- Community input has helped shape our new network
I am thrilled to confirm construction of the Hogg Street Bus Stop which I have been advocating and fighting for has finally been delivered.
Since my 2012 election I have been calling for a new and improved Toowoomba Bus Network on behalf of the Toowoomba North community.
The new network is scheduled to commence on 19th June and it will certainly improve the services currently available and help meet the needs of our growing community.
This new program will provide more services, better reliability and improved connectivity for the residents of Toowoomba.
Last year Translink called on the community to have their say on the proposed bus network review. Community feedback entailing seven community information sessions, 678 survey responses and 1,490 contacts has helped to shape our new network.
